You draft the agreement on your phone while the seller is standing next to you. By the time you get the keys, your dossier is complete and already with your accountant.
New purchase
A private individual comes to sell their car. You tap New purchase and choose who is selling: private individual, company or non-profit. Carmantic knows straight away which documents are needed: purchase agreement, margin certificate or invoice.
Fill it in, or scan with Turbo
A photo of the registration certificate fills in the number plate, VIN, make and model. You add the price and the checkpoints. At the bottom you always see what's still missing.
Get it signed
The seller reads the full agreement on your screen and signs with their finger. Not standing next to you? Then they get a personal link by WhatsApp and sign on their own phone.
Your dossier is ready
Purchase agreement, margin certificate, copy of the identity card and the car's documents sit together in one dossier. The seller gets their copy by email. Nothing to print, scan or staple.
It's already with your accountant.
Once the dossier is complete, it goes as one PDF to your accounting software (Billit). Your accountant doesn't need to ask for anything, and you don't need to forward anything.

- Does it work on my phone?
- Yes. Carmantic is made for the phone at the car. Everything works on the computer too, with the same data.
- And if the seller doesn't have a smartphone?
- Then they simply sign on your screen. The link by WhatsApp or email is for people who aren't standing next to you.
- Is a digital signature valid?
- An electronic signature is legally valid. Carmantic also keeps the proof: who signed, when, on which version, with a fingerprint of each document.
- Does it work with my accountant?
- The complete dossier goes as a PDF to the inbox address of your accounting software, for example Billit, or by email to whoever you want.
- Can it be in French?
- Yes. Every agreement can be in Dutch or French, regardless of the language you work in. If the seller prefers English, he signs with an English translation alongside: the Dutch or French text remains binding, and that is recorded.
- Do I need to install anything?
